Binaural pitch illusion

This renders Huggins pitch, a binaural pitch illusion: identical noise is sent to both ears, but one channel is passed through a narrow phase shift, and a faint pitch emerges that exists in neither channel alone. Headphones are required; hear it in the browser, or render the same dual-channel noise from the Node CLI.
